Name: Arman Carlton Greythorn (His full name is known only by the Organisation)
Codename: Morphine
Age: 58
Gender: Male
Appearance: His appearance varies because he is a shapeshifter, and everyone who knew what he looked like before his powers emerged is now dead. but the appearance he usually takes on nowadays is usually that of a hobo. Because he is in hiding, he changes his facial features, hair color and clothing daily. He will often pose as animals too though.
Personality: He has changed his identity so much that his real personality was lost years ago, he enjoys torturing people and is mentally unstable, meaning outsmarting him is one of the only ways to beat him in a fight. He despises normal humans, and will often kill them and let mutants live, unless the mutant is question has a pathetic power. In his entire life, he has had only one friend, Robert Gailman. At first he worked with the guy out of respect for his great power, but this has developed so that the two are very close friends. Robert is doing his best to help Morphine with his mental problems, and transform him into a fully fledged 'good guy'.
History: Arman's history is known only by the Organisation - He was born in Ohio, Texas, to Tom and Kim Gretzel. He had two brothers named John and Harry, who were both older than him. Arman's parents were quite poor and he had a bad childhood, he didn't go to school at all, wheras his two brothers did, something he was always jealous about. When Arman was 16, Harry was 19 and John was 24 (John had left home by then) Arman discovered his shapeshifting powers, but it was limited to only being able to take on the appearance of other people. Arman left home at that time, because he had no reason to stay, and began perfecting his powers.
After 15 years Arman had finally reached the pinnacle of his powers, and set about starting a new life. He had his dreams set on being one of the most well known mutants in the world, but first he had to get rid of his disgusting human relatives. He first went to his old home, where he discovered that his father had committed suicide and also found out where his brothers lived. He then killed his mother and turned her corpse into a mosquito. He found Harry, who was a drug dealer in New York, transformed him into a cigarette, and gave it to a hobo. John was living in Las Vegas with a family, and Arman slughtered them all with machine gun arms, then turned them all into dust. Finally he transformed his brother into a sandwich and ate him. Because of the way in which they were killed, his family's deaths were never linked to him. And since Arman had also disappeared, everyone simply suspected he was dead. After these murders however, Morphine's powers slowly started to get less powerful, and he lost the ability to manipulate living matter (besides his own) within a few years.
Arman spent the rest of his life under the name of Morphine, working for various groups, most notably HYDRA and Weapon X. He once posed as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. By the time he was 50 he had totally forgotten about his old life and identity, until he was found by the Organisation, and forced to work for them. The Organisation knew everything about him, and Morphine he decided to work for them for unknown reasons, although he is suspected to be a traitor, working for a more powerful person, despite the fact that the Organisation have ways of manipulating him.
Now Morphine has left the Organisation, and is in hiding from them. It turns out that Morphine was working for another while inside the Organisation, this man was an old friend who he met during his time in S.H.I.E.L.D, in fact, he was the guy Morphine posed as during his time there. The man's name is Robert Gailman, and after Morphine's antics within S.H.I.E.L.D. Robert jumped to the top of their most wanted list. Robert was then employed by the Organisation, but was in fact trying to take them down from the inside. After the Organisation discovered his treachery and killed him (his powers prevented him from actually dying, although he posed as a human during his time there) Robert was stumped with what to do. He was then confronted by Morphine, recognizing Robert instantly as 'that guy I totally screwed over'. Robert convinced Morphine to help him take down the Organisation, and Morphine obliged, mostly due to Robert having such a great mutant power, and Morphine really respected that kind of power.
So now both he and Robert are on the run from S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Organisation, but considering Morphine is a shapeshifter and Robert is an immortal teleporter, it's very easy for them to stay out of the eyes of both groups. Currently they are still trying to destroy the Organisation.
Powers: Formerly: Omega Level Shapeshifter - Arman tapped into his full potential as a shapeshifter, he was able to change his form into any person or object in existence, and was even able to shift into creatures and objects that do not exist. Amazingly he could also use his shapeshifting on anyone or anything else, doing anything from turning a flower into a bird, to changing a dog into a star.
Currently: Morphine's abilities have decreased in power rapidly in the past year. Now he can no longer shapeshift other objects at all, his shapeshifting is limited to himself, and even that part of his ability is not as powerful as it once was. One thing he does excel at however, is turning his body into a weapon, specifically, shifting his arms to turn them into guns or swords or a variety of other weapons.
He shapeshifts by transforming into a substance resembling radioactive waste, then reshaping himself using his mind. He does this so quickly now that the waste like substance is rarely seen.
Power related weaknesses: The constant shapeshifting of his entire body, including his brain, has damaged Morphine's mind, driving him slightly insane. Occasionally, upon shifting to a new form, he gains some form of mental disorder unintentionally.
Fighting style: Unpredictable, he uses his shapeshifting in fights and often improvises, making his way of fighting unique.
